Overview As Software Engineering Instructor at Thales, you will design and deliver engaging training for CMATS software in testing environments, supporting OneSKY initiatives. You’ll create materials, run hands-on sessions, and ensure resources stay accurate and relevant. You’ll setup training equipment and simulators to deliver practical learning. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to continuously refine content and assessments for impact.
