Retail Services Officer
Summary: Supervises and coordinates branch activities of Retail Services staff (New Accounts, Tellers, and Lobby Staff) in providing personalized banking services by performing the following duties.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assign duties, coordinate schedules, evaluate staff performance and provide training and support to ensure efficient functioning of the Retail Services department as well as present, monitor and maintain a professional work environment.Monitoring and reporting of lobby safety and maintenance.Assisting customers and staff with problem resolutions & special requests (wires, debit card and internet banking services).Evaluating customer needs to suggest appropriate bank products, opening & processing all available new account types and detecting & reporting fraudulent or suspicious activities. QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.English Language -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Mathematics -- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, and their applications.Excellent attention to detail.Other Duties As Assigned.This job description is subject to change at any time.
