Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About Scale Scale Technology is a fast-growing managed IT and cybersecurity company in Little Rock, Arkansas. While technology is constantly evolving, we take pride in our ability to stay ahead of the curve. We believe that the most important service we offer to our clients is our proactive monitoring and response. This allows us to solve issues before they become expensive problems for your network. When you're constantly putting out fires, there's very little time to focus on achieving your long-term growth goals. Scale works hard to ensure that our clients get that reactive time back to use on mission-critical projects and planning. When Scale talks about IT infrastructure and networking, we're not just thinking about solving today's problems. We're thinking about IT solutions that will help grow businesses for the next five to ten years and accommodate the leaders' vision. We are growing quickly and are focused on bringing thoughtful, high-performers together to craft an experience for our clients and to make Scale a better place than it already is. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR)... You will directly influence company growth by calling potential clients, creating intriguing conversations about Scale and setting appointments for our Client Consultants and Technical Account Managers -Calling Network Administrators and business leaders -Sending customized and human emails -Recording videos using Loom that grab attention What else should I know about the role? We are looking for high performers to join us in getting the attention of business leaders across Arkansas and our expanding target map. We like to highlight that many SDRs did not have Sales experience before working at Scale. Even if you have never been in a sales role, we would still very much like to talk with you if you're up to the challenge. You will be a key part of helping Scale grow. The Sales Development position can quickly lead to a client consultant role or look toward a management position as our teams grow. Your goal is to thoughtfully connect with leaders and decision makers through phone calls. You will spend most of your day on the phone talking to office managers, assistants, administrators, business owners and others. Within a few minutes of conversation, you will turn the conversation into a scheduled appointment with our client consultants.
