Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family-centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with autism.
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
Lead, train, and mentor behavior technicians
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care.
Maintain detailed records, service schedules, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player that can also work independently
Ability to lead a team of behavior technicians
Ability to drive and make weekly home visits (preferred)

Competitive Salary: We offer an annual salary ranged between $65,000 to $90,000 to our BCBA professionals based on experience/tenure
