Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with autism. Develop and implement behavior intervention plans Lead, train, and mentor behavior technicians Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care. Maintain detailed records, service schedules, and progress reports. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
