A company is looking for a Temporary C3 Patient Access Resource Specialist. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers while managing scheduling and referral inquiries Ensure accurate registration and financial clearance of patients prior to their visits, including verifying insurance and eligibility Coordinate patient appointments and assist with visit preparation, including obtaining necessary medical records and documentationRequired QualificationsOne year of experience in a medical office setting with direct patient contact and appointment scheduling Thorough knowledge of Patient Access Services (PAS) policies and procedures Demonstrated advanced user skills in PAS and familiarity with integrated care practices Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and online scheduling Ability to handle high-volume patient interactions and multitask effectively
