Custodian

Overview Associate is responsible for maintenance of facility including cleaning, sweeping, and putting cleaning and other supplies away. $15hr, M-F, 530am-230pm, full benefits.Responsibilities Essential FunctionsMaintenance of facilities. Cleanliness of office, bathroom, and break room areas. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Supervisor ResponsibilityThis position does not require any supervisory responsibility. Work EnvironmentThe incumbent is located in a busy office area and is faced with some interruptions on a regular basis. Physical DemandsRequires frequent standing, walking, hearing, use of hands and arms, grasping, handling, feeling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Periodically, this position requires communication with others. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Hours of work depends on hours of operations, 40 hours per week. TravelNo travel is expected for this position. Qualifications Additional CompetenciesAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and effectively communicate information to others one-on-one. Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one- or two-step instructions, deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
