Welder Single Hand

Job Description Seeking Single Hand Welder.Experience with heavy civil construction in is a must.Ideal candidate will have many years of FCAW & SMAW welding experience.Proficient welding 6010, 7018, 7024, 71T1 & 316L - Pipe & structural.Satisfactorily pass vertical, overhead filet & groove welding tests.Able to read blueprints, understand weld layouts & welding processes.Know how to correctly use hand tools, grinders, oxy-fuel, plasma torches & beveling machines.Determine required equipment & welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry & welding techniques.Safely use appropriate equipment which may include manlifts, fork lifts & company vehicles.Demonstrate knowledge & skills in safe rigging practices.Will be required to wear proper protective equipment such as hard hat, face shield, steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, & proper clothing.Able to pass drug test & background check. Clean MVR with valid drivers license.Current qualifications are necessary.Must be local. This is not shipyard work.
