Susquehanna OB/GYN and Nurse Midwifery, an Affiliated Practice of Advantia Health LLC, is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our experienced team of providers! We provide comprehensive care for women through every stage of life - from adolescence and family planning to post-menopausal wellness. Susquehanna OB/GYN also is home to one of Maryland’s most established Nurse Midwifery programs. We deliver more babies and offer more birth options than any other practice in the region. Our experienced physicians and nurse midwives provide personalized, family-centered care - recognizing that every woman and every pregnancy is unique. Our practice has two convenient locations in Bel Air and Havre de Grace, Maryland.Along with the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives and collaborate with an exceptional team, we offer competitive compensation, performance-based bonus opportunities, and additional pathways for professional growth.Job Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic care, emphasizing preventive wellness, screenings, and the expert diagnosis and treatment of women’s health conditionsProvide integrated obstetric services, managing prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including performing and overseeing approximately 40–50 deliveries per monthParticipate in a balanced call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providersMentor a multidisciplinary care group by providing guidance on best practices, protocols, and patient service excellenceLeverage advanced technologies and innovative approaches to elevate clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experienceStay current with the latest evidence-based practices to bring cutting-edge treatments to patientsEnsure timely, accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standardsQualifications:Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and GynecologyExceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems with accuracyCapacity to demonstrate excellence in communication, both with patients and colleaguesA compassionate, empathetic approach that ensures the highest standard of patient-centered careOpen to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physiciansActive Maryland medical license preferredWhy Choose Advantia:Advantia is transforming healthcare for all women with compassion and value – setting a higher standard of care and convenience while reducing unnecessary costs.
