Litigation Attorney

Rashtian Law Group is a litigation-focused law firm representing individuals in complex employment and personal injury matters throughout California. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented litigation to join either our employment and/or personal injury practice. This position offers meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and hands-on litigation experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle all phases of litigation, including:Client intake and case evaluationDrafting pleadings, motions, and discoveryTaking and defending depositionsCourt appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiationsCommunicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and expertsProvide strategic advice to clients with empathy and clarityManage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members on more complex casesManage employment matters including (as applicable):Engage in pre-litigation efforts, including demand letters, negotiations, and mediationsRepresent employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and employment contract disputesAdvocate for clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, and Department of LaborManage personal injury matters including (as applicable):Represent individuals in involved in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability actions, and related claimsQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive member in good standing with the California State Bar.3+ years of litigation experienceStrong litigation and negotiation skillsExcellent writing, legal research, and oral advocacy abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage a busy caseloadWhy Join Us:Competitive salary with meaningful bonus and partnership opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceSupportive, mission-driven team cultureFlexible work schedule and remote work optionsOpportunity to make a real difference in people’s livesJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offWork Location: Remote
