The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service representation. The primary responsibility is to greet visitors, present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner, and properly secure lease agreementsBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.Market all rental listingsCoordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.Prepare all lease-related paperwork.Manage regulatory and compliance related services.Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
