About Your Role:As a Data & Analytics Manager at Dollar Tree’s Corporate Office, you’ll define business needs and use analytics as an enabler to deliver measurable business value. You’ll help shape and optimize next-generation enterprise performance through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. With your leadership, you’ll ensure our analytics capabilities directly inform strategy and execution across multiple business functions.Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Strategic Data Leadership & Business PartnershipConvert desired outcomes into value-based business initiatives, linking them to specific analytics and applying interpretation methods to create measurable valueDefine and deploy analytics-led performance management models to inform strategic and operational planning and decision-makingArchitect enterprise-wide data and analytics transformations related to enterprise data management, reporting automation, and data science innovationArticulate the business case and value proposition for enterprise data and analytics solutionsTechnology, Infrastructure & Data ManagementOrganize and analyze Big Data to create shareholder value using technologies such as data lakes, next-gen BI, and enterprise data management systemsOversee and maintain organizational database management systems, including SQL Server and Alteryx Server, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performanceEvaluate and adopt advancements in analytics, AI, and emerging digital tools to enhance enterprise-wide performanceLeadership & CollaborationLead and manage diverse technical teams with varying skill sets and functional expertiseEncourage creative and innovative thinking from team members, helping them turn ideas into impactful solutionsImplement structured decision-making methods and execute projects independently to achieve data and analytics goalsYour Required Skills And ExperienceBachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred)5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics Transformation, Process Automation, Machine Learning, or Artificial IntelligenceProven project management, business, and people development experienceWorking knowledge of business intelligence reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, etc.)Strong understanding of enterprise data tools, analytics technologies, and data visualization practicesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster a collaborative, team-oriented environmentPreferred RequirementsMBA preferredExperience with enterprise data architecture and cloud-based analytics environmentsStrong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insightsOur success is a team effort —when we reach our goals, you’ll be eligible for a yearly bonus!Your Perks and Benefits:We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
