The Training Coordinator will work closely with managers, trainers, and employees to ensure training initiatives are delivered efficiently and align with organizational goals..Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programsMaintain training calendars and training recordsCommunicate training schedules and materials to employees and trainersAssist in developing training materials, presentations, and manualsTrack employee training completion and compliance requirementsOrganize training venues, equipment, and logisticsSupport virtual and in-person training eventsCollect feedback and prepare training reports and evaluationsMonitor training budgets and expenses when requiredEnsure training programs meet company policies and industry standardsCollaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needsRequired Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field preferredProven experience in training coordination, HR, administration, or related roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsWorking Conditions:Office BasedNecessary Equipment Operation:Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)Office equipment, including telephone, scanner, computer, printer, etc.Special Skills:Experience with e-learning platformsKnowledge of adult learning principlesProject coordination experienceEvent planning or facilitation skills.* An Equal Opportunity Employer.
