Position: Front Desk Agent
Front Desk Agent who works at a Hotel Industry
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times
Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.
Booking and managing reservations
Assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues
Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents
Follow set procedures on posting, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors
Standing for long periods of time
Requirements:
Customer Service Experienced, preferably in the hospitality industry
Demonstrate good computer skills
Must know how to multitask at a fast/quick pace
Able to be a Team Player with all departments
High School Graduate or Equivalent Experienced with Opera System preferred
Hours of Operations (Full Time): Two Shifts will be rotated throughout the week (2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am). 4-5 Days a week. However, schedule varies based on hours and need. Open flexibility for days and times in schedule is required.
*Note: First two weeks, you will need to be trained 1st shift (7am-3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm).
Compensation: $13per hour
