Duties include mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, irrigation maintenance, and general landscaping across lawns, gardens, trails, recreational areas, and guest spaces to ensure a clean and visually appealing environment.Maintain the appearance and health of the resort's 12,000-acre landscape through mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and general landscaping tasks.Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.Inspect and maintain irrigation systems, trails, gardens, and outdoor guest areas to ensure proper function and safety.Monitor plant and turf health, identify issues such as weeds, pests, or disease, and assist with appropriate treatment and care.Support seasonal landscaping projects and collaborate with the grounds team to uphold the high aesthetic standards of a luxury resort.Additional Benefits:Free Team Member CafeteriaHoliday PayTeam Member Stay Program50% off F&B + SpaQualificationsPrior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance preferred.Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.Physical ability to perform outdoor labor, including lifting, bending, walking, and working in varying weather conditions.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Additional InformationAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
