In this role, you'll supervise and motivate a dedicated grounds crew, ensuring all horticultural, irrigation, and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards of beauty and safety. You'll also manage equipment, support special events, and collaborate with resort leadership to enhance and elevate our outdoor spaces year-round.Lead, schedule, and supervise grounds staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and to luxury-level standards.Maintain the health, appearance, and cleanliness of all landscaped areas, including lawns, gardens, walkways, and outdoor amenities.Oversee irrigation systems, horticultural care, and seasonal planting to support a visually stunning environment year-round.Inspect and maintain grounds equipment, ensuring safe operation and timely repairs or replacements.Coordinate with resort management to support special events, project planning, and long-term landscape enhancements.Additional Benefits:Free Team Member CafeteriaHoliday PayTeam Member Stay Program50% off F&B + SpaQualificationsValid Driver's LicenceReliable Transportation in all weather conditionsKnowledge of using and driving commercial landscaping tools and vehicles including (tractor, gator, zero turn mower, edger, weedeater, skid steer, back-hoe, Toro, operate manual transmission vehicles, and the ability to learn how to operate additional tools and vehicles).Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently for long periods of time.Pesticide applicator or registered tech within 6 months of hire for this position, and ornamental endorsement within 6 months after thatAbility to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays when necessary.Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift3-5 years of experience with landscaping/grounds maintenance preferredExperience in record keeping for chemical applicationsExperience with landscape installationExperience applying chemicals and fertilizer preferred, but willing to teach if not experienced.Additional InformationAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
