Manages sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for their assigned specialties and geography. Oversees the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.Job DescriptionThe person selected for this role will come on site in Sacramento for work, interview, etc. at least 3 days a week. This is not a Remote role.EducationEquivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.Bachelor's: Human Resources, Healthcare or other related fieldTypical Experience5 years of recent relevant experience.Skills And KnowledgeBasic knowledge of human resource principles, policies and procedures.Computer and data management skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and advanced MS Outlook skills.Must have interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task and change priorities as appropriate.Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well.Able to deal discreetly with confidential information, including physician salary ranges.Must be self-starter who can independently manage own projects and time.
