SUBSTITUTE - CUSTODIANSJob Title: Substitute Custodians Reports to: Maintenance Manager FLSA Status: Non-ExemptMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED;Fingerprint background check is required;Must pass a criminal background check that meets required state, federal, and Clarkston School District standards;Must have, or be able to obtain, current valid CPR/First aid certificateSafe Schools Training is REQUIRED, and needs to be completed BEFORE start date Job Description:Sweep, mop, wax, buff, and scrub floorsEmpty trash and garbage containersDust, wax, and polish furniture and woodwork and metal workWash windows, walls, and blindsMove and arrange furniture as requiredUnlock and lock buildingsPrepare buildings for meetings and programsRemove snow and ice from sidewalks and other areas as requiredOther duties may be required by building administratorOther duties as assigned by Maintenance ManagerNONDISCRIMINATION
