Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 4Location: Charlotte, NC-HybridSalary Range: $65-$70/hr on w2IntroductionIn this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, you will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Required Skills & Qualifications5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.LoanIQ and syndication experienceAttention to detail and communication skillsCommercial loan experiencePrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in Commercial Loan ClosingExperience with resolving moderately complex issuesAbility to collaborate effectively with client personnelDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesConsult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing.Contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.Company Benefits & CultureHybrid work environment with 3 days in office / 2 days remote.Flexible working hours with a standard shift of Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.Opportunity for extension and conversion after a 12-month duration.For immediate consideration, please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
