Our goal is simple: transform lives through education and effective, outcomes-driven care.About The RoleThe Certified Pharmacy Technician supports the day-to-day operations of our compounding pharmacy, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in service. This role involves assisting with the preparation of compounded and non-sterile medications, and/or medication dispensing functions under the supervision of a pharmacist. Additional duties include managing inventory and providing operational support to pharmacists.Your ResponsibilitiesPharmacy OperationsAccurately prepare and package medications under pharmacist supervisionProcess prescriptions and refill requests using pharmacy management softwareManage inventory levels and reorder supplies as neededSupport front of house functions, including patient communication and prescription pickup coordinationMaintain proper storage of medications and suppliesCompounding & ComplianceAssist with non-sterile compounding following USP / guidelinesMaintain compounding logs, batch records, and lot trackingUphold cleanroom and safety standardsSupport future expansion into sterile compounding USP / if applicableDocumentation & TechnologyOperate and maintain pharmacy software systems (eg: Pharmetika)Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all prescriptions, formulations, and communicationsComply with HIPAA, state, and federal pharmacy regulationsCollaborationWork closely with pharmacists, medical staff, and wellness teams to ensure coordinated patient careProvide friendly, professional support to patients and internal team membersContribute to Eden’s high-touch, elevated customer experienceWhat We Offer Competitive salary paid bi-weeklyExceptional work life balanceMonday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm work schedule120 hours of PTO, flexibility to take additional unpaid time off when needed6 Company Paid Holidays per yearGenerous benefits package75% company paid medical, dental, vision50% company paid dependent medical, dental, vision100% company paid STD, LTD, Life insuranceEmployee wellness perksQualificationsWhat You Bring to EdenActive Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or NHA)Valid and current New Mexico pharmacy technician licenseMinimum 1-2 years of pharmacy technician experience (retail, compounding, or specialty)Strong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with USP compounding guidelines and pharmacy operationsSpanish Bilingual preferredHousekeepingEden is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
