Instructor for Training and Development program
A Training and Development Instructor will work directly with job coach floaters, helping them learn how to instruct consumers effectively in program activities.
Direct Supervision: Receives direct supervision from the Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
Train Job coaches and floaters to deliver hands-on instruction effectively within program setting.
Support Staff in adapting primary education concepts for program participants.
Evaluate current training methods and recommend improvements.
Develop and update curriculum for vocational training programs.
Support consumer goals by ensuring Job coaches implement individualized strategies.
Create easy-to-follow procedures for program-based instruction.
Developing new curriculum, reviewing, providing constructive feedback and supporting consumer goals.
Education/Experience:
Minimum education: Associate degree Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development.
Teaching Credential, Preferred.
Experience Planning, and delivering lessons.
Experience working with Individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.

Valid DL/Proof of Insurance
Must be 21+of age
Must be ablr to pass background and drug test
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3 pm
Pay DOE $20-25/HR.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
