Member Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist (Physician Facing Team).
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact physician offices to request and follow up on medical records for patient eligibility
Communicate with patients to verify information and guide them through the intake process
Submit and track internal referral requests to physicians for eligibility determination
Required Qualifications
Previous administrative or healthcare coordination experience; telehealth or referral management experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows
Ability to manage multiple tasks and track numerous patient cases simultaneously
Professional communication skills for interaction with physicians, clinical staff, and patients
