The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for frontline workforce roles with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboardingDrive high-volume hiring (15+ hires per week) for hourly workforceConduct candidate sourcing via walk-ins, phone outreach, and scheduled interviewsPerform initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitCoordinate background checks, drug screening, and onboarding processesMaintain accurate records in Workday ATS and partner with onsite hiring managersQualificationsExperience in high-volume recruiting (hourly / blue-collar workforce)Strong background in full-cycle recruiting processesHands-on experience with Workday ATSAbility to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environmentStrong coordination skills for onboarding, background, and compliance stepsExperience in transportation / driver hiring or similar roles preferred
