The successful candidate must:Have strong written and verbal communication skills.Be a child-centered educator who possesses strong class management skills.Be able to create thorough lesson plans and implement them effectively.Have data collection experience and the ability to monitor student progress.Be a collaborative team member and support the team's PLC.
