This program will hire 20,000+ low turnout voters to become relational organizers in their communities and turn their friends and families out to vote. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, motivated individual to help power and scale this program. Details & CompensationLocation: RemoteCompensation: $4,500/monthBenefits: 100% employer-paid health and life insurance, 99% employer-paid dental and vision insuranceSchedule: Full-time through November 15, 2024 Job DutiesAssist the Chief of Staff in tracking progress on key projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are metTake detailed and accurate notes during meetings, ensuring key points and action items are recorded, and maintain an organized system for storing and distributing meeting notesSchedule and coordinate follow-up meetings, ensuring timely and efficient follow-ups on action itemsProactively identify ways to make communication processes run more efficiently and increase impact, and work with the Chief of Staff to make them happenEnsure effective internal communication and information flow within the program teamOrganize and facilitate team calls, including setting agendas, sending reminders, and preparing necessary materials.Other tasks as assigned in relation to the success of the program (budget reporting, research, copyediting)Desired QualificationsExcellent time-management and organizational skills; demonstrate a clear ability to adapt rapidly to evolving priorities and deadlines.Self-directed with the drive to take initiative on new projects, but collaborative and able to seek guidance and direction from manager/others where necessary.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholdersSuperior time management, planning, organizational, and relationship building skills, as well as followthrough. Ability to work remotely but also collaboratively.
