Just a people-first, performance-driven company committed to improving life in every home.About The JobThe Marketing Specialist serves as a key driver of marketing execution and growth strategy across the organization. This role partners closely with field teams and leadership to identify business needs, develop targeted marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. This position operates in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate is adaptable, decisive, and confident, capable of both taking direction and providing thoughtful feedback when needed.Act as a primary liaison between marketing and field teams to identify opportunities, align priorities, and support business goalsDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, direct mail, etcManage and optimize email marketing efforts, including segmentation, automation, and performance trackingOversee all brand touchpoints to ensure consistency across digital, print, and infield experiencesLead the planning, execution, and evaluation of partnerships and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and community engagementPlan, coordinate, and execute events, including trade shows, community events, and sponsorship activationsAttend events outside of standard business hours as needed to support marketing initiatives and brand presenceCollaborate with external agencies to execute campaigns, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand standards and objectivesSupport and manage aspects of the company's CRM and marketing automation system, including Service Titan Marketing Pro and NeticCoordinate the creation, production, and distribution of print materials and promotional itemsAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROIIdentify and proactively address marketing needs across business units in a constantly evolving environmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience within the home services industry. HVAC, Electric,Plumbing, Appliance Repair, or Roofing preferredHands-on experience with Service Titan's Marketing Pro (strongly preferred)Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to successfully automate key processesand tasksExperience executing multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital, and direct mailStrong understanding of brand management and customer life cycle marketingExperience working cross-functionally with operations or field teamPreferred SkillsExperience managing agency relationships and external vendorsFamiliarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platformsFamiliarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI toolsStrong project management and organizational skillsRigorous attention to detailData-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performanceExperience with print production and promotional merchandiseEvent Planning and coordination experienceKey CompetenciesThrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needsAdaptable and responsive, with the ability to quickly change direction as required Confident and assertive; able to provide input, set boundaries, and say no when appropriateCoachable and receptive to feedback, with the ability to take direction and execute efficientlyStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsHigh level of ownership, initiative, and accountabilityDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to brand consistencyBenefitsAt Hoffmann Brothers, we know our people are the driving force behind our success.
