This consulting engagement is ideal for an experienced accounting leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also managing and developing a team. The position will oversee key accounting operations, lead the month-end close process, provide controllership support, and manage several direct reports.Highlights include:• Interim position (~4 to 6 months)• Flexible hourly rate• Leadership responsibility with direct reports• Strong focus on close, accounting operations, and team management• Flexible hybrid schedule with a preference for some onsite presence in La Plata, MDWe're looking for someone with a strong operational accounting background who can quickly add value and provide leadership to the accounting function.
