This is a hands-on development role focused on building custom applications, enhancing Documentum-based solutions, and developing robust system integrations.This is not an administrative or support role the position emphasizes core development, API integrations, and backend engineering within a SaaS-driven ecosystem where infrastructure management (installations, upgrades, patching) is handled by the vendor.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworksBuild and manage API integrations (internal and external systems)Develop and customize solutions within the OpenText Documentum platformWork on Documentum D2 Classic UI configurations, requiring code-level customizationImplement and maintain backend integrations leveraging AWS servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application and integration layersEnsure best practices in coding, testing, and deploymentRequired Skills (Must-Have)7+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Documentum (development-focused)Strong Expertise InDocumentum Content ServerD2 ConfigD2 ClassicDFC (Documentum Foundation Classes)Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworksStrong experience in API development and system integrationsSolid understanding of Documentum internals and architectureExperience working with modern Documentum versions (23.2 or higher preferred)Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)Experience with AWS services, including:SNSSQSLambdaFamiliarity with PythonAWS CertificationsAWS DeveloperAWS Solutions ArchitectTech Stack / ToolsJava, Spring BootOpenText Documentum (Content Server, D2 Classic, DFC)REST APIs / MicroservicesAWS (SNS, SQS, Lambda)Python (optional)
