This role requires strong experience across front-end and back-end development, with the ability to collaborate closely with offshore teams and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET, React, and SQLBuild and consume RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with React and modern JavaScriptWrite optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage relational databasesCollaborate with offshore development teams and internal business partnersSupport and enhance internal systems as well as customer-facing web applicationsParticipate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationEnsure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standardsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong backend development experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET CoreSolid front-end experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSHands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databasesExperience building and integrating APIsAbility to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience working with offshore or distributed teamsExposure to microservices architectureTech StackBackend: .NET, C#, ASP.NET CoreFrontend: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSSDatabase: SQL Server, T-SQLAPIs: RESTful servicesTools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies
