Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, you will oversee customer service operations, ensuring that customer satisfaction and experience are optimized across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer feedback, implementing strategies to enhance customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. You will act as a key resource for resolving inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and driving loyalty through exceptional service. Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience managementStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for building customer rapportExceptional Customer Service abilities and problem-solving capabilitiesAdvanced Analytical Skills for evaluating feedback and identifying improvement opportunitiesLeadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide team membersKnowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredFamiliarity with the self-storage industry or related fields is an advantage
