Have 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, with direct management of people and teams. Previous knowledge of Chemical operations supervisory or technical lead role. Have ability to drive change and develop, implement, and manage sustainable programs Have strong technical skills and ability to solve complex problems to provide technical and administrative guidance to operations, maintenance, and other areas of the business in support of the production plan. Demonstrate your strong supervisory ability, to prepare and implement succession plans, participate in recruiting, interviewing, and selection of employees and conduct performance management reviews.
