Applicants must be able to professionally interact with clients, court personnel, witnesses, opposing counsel, vendors, and other office personnel. Must be able to calendar and track all pleadings and other relevant deadlines. Can draft routine pleadings and correspondence. Will be responsible for scheduling mediations, depositions, hearings, and meetings. Can assist with preparation of trial notebooks, pre-trial documents, and trial exhibits. Has knowledge of civil procedure and the E-Filing process in both State and Federal courts. Has strong oral and written communication skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team setting. Must have strong time management and organizational skills. Applicant must have above average computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Dropbox, PACER/ECF, and billing software/procedures.Benefits include Medical Insurance, Paid Time Off, Long Term Disability and 401(k).
