Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Active Directory (AD) Services Tech Lead to manage and support global pre-production and production AD infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing complex technical activities, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise directory services across environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support end-to-end Active Directory infrastructure (production and pre-production environments)Execute complex technical activities related to AD services, domain management, and identity servicesEnsure high availability, scalability, and security of AD environmentsPerform AD design, implementation, and upgrades across global systemsManage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure compliance with security standardsHandle user access management, authentication, and authorizationMonitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issuesLead incident management, root cause analysis, and resolutionCollaborate with global teams to support infrastructure initiativesImplement best practices for AD security, patching, and governanceMaintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshootingProvide technical leadership and guidance to junior team membersRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong expertise in Active Directory Services (AD DS)Hands-on experience managing enterprise AD environments (production & pre-production)Knowledge of AD architecture, domain services, and replicationExperience with Group Policy Management (GPO)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with Windows Server environmentsFamiliarity with identity and access management (IAM)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
