CELINE’s ambition is to be one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.To make this vision a reality we are looking for agile, passionate and authentic personalities who are eager to evolve in a highly creative and challenging environment.CELINE is currently seeking a SELLING SUPERVISOR to join it’s Aventura New Store Opening, expected in Fall 2026!YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENTThe Selling Supervisor is responsible for mentoring associates towards achieving an elevated customer experience, category management and sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandizing standards, and assisting with the daily supervision of the team.YOUR IMPACTSales:Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goalsIncorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transactionLead and empower sales team to provide high quality customer service in order to achieve maximum sales resultsCoordinate the use of all client relationship resources (training tools, client books, etc.) to provide elevated service to all clientsManage the level of floor supervision to improve sales resultsCustomer Service:Maintain the highest degree of customer service every dayAssist sales associates with various customer service issuesEmpower associates to make decisions in the best interest of providing good customer service by serving as a proactive mentor and problem solverOperations:Effective utilization of POS system and its inventory management functionsOpening and closing the store following Company policies and procedures and make sure that tenders balance. Troubleshoot as needed to resolve problemAdminister follow-up and Prêt-à-portererwork in an accurate and timely fashionMeet inventory accuracy and shrink requirementsPerform other projects, as assignedVisuals:Partner with the Visual Manager to lead all aspects of the merchandising standardsSupport the Regional Visual Manager in planning, scheduling and implementing an innovative, compelling and well carried out visual environment with the express purpose of enhancing the customer’s shopping experienceReview sales frequently, take action to correct deficiencies and increase positive salesHuman Resources:Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular morning meetingsSupervise the team and implement company policies while adhering to proper procedure regarding disciplinary action in the absence of Store ManagementIdentify individual and team training needs in partnership with the store managerJob ResponsibilitiesKEYS FOR SUCCESSEducation Business School, University or “equivalent experience”Experience:Position requires minimum of 7 years of experience of sales preferably in a luxury retail settingMinimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferredComputer literate; learn and use various software packagesCompetencies:Action oriented; results drivenAble to motivate others and build effective teamsCustomer service orientedSocial perceptivenessProficiency in meditating and resolving issues or concerns that may ariseProblem-solverStrong oral and written communication skillsProficiency in the general software that is used by the company (Word, Excel, etc.), and request necessary training for self and select staff membersLanguages: Foreign Languages a plusWorkplace: Aventura Mall | 19501 Biscayne BlvdProfileOUR COMMITMENT CELINE is an equal opportunity employer.
