Media InternReports to: Media DirectorAs part of the Media team, you will assist the team in planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across disciplines: SEM, Paid Social, Digital, TV, Radio, OOH and Print. You will be treated as member of the Media of team and will work alongside real media campaigns. If you are truly a self-motivated professional who is looking for an innovative, exciting environment and likes to be challenged then this internship is for you!Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Media team in development of media plansMaintain/steward of media plans across all media channelsAttend internal status meetings and meet with media vendorsAssist team with monthly reporting across all media channelsWork with media vendors and manage make-goods and billing discrepanciesRequest information and write points of views (POVs)Interface with various internal groups on a daily basis to manage media accounts (Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, Traffic)QualificationsJunior or Senior in college, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing or communicationsBasic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and termsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e., a strong command of pivot tables and creating compelling presentations in PowerPoint)Strong work ethic and social skillsSelf-motivated, yet works well in a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsLooks for ways to contribute and love sharing ideas
