Overview In this site-based Controller role, you will lead the finance and accounting function and partner with the General Manager to drive profitability and long-term performance. You will oversee financial reporting, forecasts, and controls, ensuring GAAP and compliance while identifying opportunities for digitization and process improvements. You’ll mentor the finance team, influence investment decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to support a high-performing site within Flex’s inclusive culture.
