Lead Carpenter

Job Summary RNJ Construction is a premier construction and remolding company based in Sumner, WA. We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project completion. Duties - Manage and lead a team of carpenters on various construction projects - Perform carpentry tasks such as installation, door hanging, assembly, building, drywall work, siding installation, restoration, mold remediation, and construction painting - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Coordinate with project managers to ensure project requirements are met - Maintain tools and equipment in good condition - Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites Requirements - Proven experience as a Carpenter in a leadership role - Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry skills including drywall, siding, electrical, plumbing, restoration work, and remolding. - Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks If you are a skilled Lead Carpenter looking for a challenging opportunity to showcase your expertise in carpentry and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this position.
