Electrical Engineer
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a highly advanced engineering team developing next-generation communication and RF systems.
This is a hands-on role focused on the design, development, and validation of electrical subsystems, supporting the delivery of complex, high-performance hardware products. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and technical leads, contributing across the full product lifecycle.
You will support the implementation of electrical subsystems and modules, including power systems, GNSS functionality, and network interfaces. The role offers strong exposure to both design and lab-based testing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys practical engineering and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and review hardware design documentation, including schematics, block diagrams, and BOMs
Support the design and testing of electrical subsystems such as switching power supplies and GNSS modules
Conduct signal and power integrity (SI/PI) simulations to ensure robust designs
Perform board bring-up, debugging, and design verification testing (DVT)
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to support DFM/DFA activities
Maintain detailed documentation across design, testing, and validation phases
Develop scripts for test automation and data analysis (e.g. Python)
Support the use of advanced tools and techniques to improve design and validation processes
Required Experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
4+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong foundation in microelectronics, circuit design, and power systems
Experience with high-speed digital design (multi-gigabit systems)
Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.)
Experience with simulation tools (e.g. HyperLynx, PSPICE)
Familiarity with ECAD tools such as Cadence (Allegro/OrCAD) or similar
Desirable Skills
Experience in high-frequency or RF system design (e.g. Ku/Ka band)
DDR memory design experience (DDR3/4/5)
Knowledge of communication protocols (Ethernet, SPI, LVDS, RS232/422)
Experience with power supply design
Exposure to FPGA or microprocessor-based systems
Python scripting for engineering or test automation
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
What’s on Offer
Competitive salary and performance-based bonus
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
Retirement plan with employer contribution
Flexible time off and paid holidays
Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities
Employee assistance and wellbeing support
Modern office and lab facilities
Strong team culture with regular events and collaboration opportunities
On-site amenities including fitness and wellness facilities
This role is ideal for an engineer looking to develop their expertise in high-performance electrical systems, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the delivery of advanced communication technologies.
