Job Description IT Program Delivery Coordinator- School ( Remote/Hybrid Position)cTrace Solutions is seeking an IT Program Delivery Coordinator in Seattle, WA. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonusLocation: Seattle, WACompensation: $60-$70per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On BonusSchedule: Standard business hours; occasional after-hours supportContract length: The initial contract position is through August 31, 2026, and will be extended in the new budget year starting September 1, 2026.Key responsibilities:Coordinate IT operations, projects, and resourcesManage incidents, requests, releases, and system changesRun Agile processes (stand-ups, sprints, backlog)Support testing, deployments, and upgradesImprove processes, workflows, and SLAsMaintain documentation and ServiceNow dashboardsCollaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendorsRequirements5+ years coordinating IT operations, projects, or enterprise service deliveryExperience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/work management platformsExperience supporting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery workflowsExperience coordinating releases, system changes, and UAT activitiesStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsStrong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred: PowerSchool, K–12/public sector, PMP/Agile/ITIL certificationsBenefits$60-$70 per hour, based on experience$200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses availableWeekly paychecksHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) optionNote: Benefits eligibility requires a minimum of 30 hours worked per week.
