Financial Systems Analyst - Manager Location: On-location in San Diego, CA Level: Manager Clearance: Secret *Candidates must have the above clearance level and, at a minimum, be able to maintain this clearance during their employment with Montcure. Position Overview The Financial Systems Analyst II performs independent financial analysis and systems support for NAVWAR organizations. This billet is responsible for analyzing budget execution, monitoring obligations and expenditures, supporting financial reconciliations, and preparing detailed financial reports for government review. The ANF2 routinely interfaces with program offices and functional stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely financial information. Key Responsibilities Analyze budget execution, obligations, and expenditures Perform financial reconciliations and variance analysis Prepare detailed financial reports and briefings Coordinate with program offices to resolve discrepancies Support compliance with Navy financial policies and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field Minimum of 3 years of related financial analysis experience Strong Excel skills and experience with financial reporting Ability to work independently and interface with government personnel Desired Qualifications Experience supporting Navy or DoD financial operations Familiarity with ERP or financial management systems Status: Contingency – This work is contingent upon award.
