Development Associate/Data ManagerJob Description Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Associate/ Data Manager plays a crucial role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of both the CRM and Service database.  The position will oversee MTF’s database software and systems/practices, including data collection, reporting, and procedures related to data input and data processing to minimize the office overhead and maximize MTF’s ability to meet its mission and strategic goals. In addition, the Position is also responsible for overseeing donor stewardship, including taking the role of enhancing it, managing direct mail, maintaining the donor database, and providing some donor communications support.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe duties will include but may not be limited to:·      Maintain donor database, including updating records, entering gifts, running reports, tracking stewardship, event registrations and other activities·      Oversee logistics for direct mail including stewardship and solicitations·      Work collaboratively with Executive Director on donor campaigns·      Create and maintain queries and reports for easy access to information related to MTF programs and development·      Work with Bookkeeper to reconcile Quick Books with CRM and Service Database·      Act as office liaison with IT consultants on CRM, Service database, and websiteQualifications and Skills   • Experience in a fundraising, sales, or customer service role.    • Prior experience in donor database management    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint ·      Familiarity with small non-profit management·      Demonstrate excellence in organizational skills and project management·      Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users·      Knowledge of Mothers Trust or Lake County social services network is a plus·      The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, work efficiently and effectively as part of a small team and possess the ability to focus in an open office setting.  He/She must also be enthusiastic about the mission of Mothers Trust Foundation, be adaptable to low-budget office operations and possess a sense of humor.·      The position is a maximum of 15 hours per week unless additional time is required for events and functions. Exact hours and schedule are flexible to be decided by the Executive Director.
