Bar Server

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be knowledgeable in food handling and personable. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. This role requires a strong understanding of bartending techniques, food service, and cash handling. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking food and drink orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Take and place to go orders. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Qualifications 1 year minimum bartending experience is required. MO TIPS Bar Certification is required. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and beverage trends. Strong cash handling skills with the ability to perform retail math accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to take direction from management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
