The Associate Attorney will assist with managing client cases, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and collaborating with colleagues on case strategy. Responsibilities include advising clients on legal rights, preparing for depositions and trials, and maintaining current knowledge of legal procedures and regulations. Qualifications Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExperience in drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detailProficiency in case management, including trial preparation and client communicationUnderstanding of relevant laws, regulations, and courtroom proceduresExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Pennsylvania State Bar is requiredPrevious experience in litigation or a related field is a plusAbility to work independently and efficiently in a collaborative office environment
