One where our team is not held back by decade old tools, and manual logging of repetitive tasks. We’re re-thinking how an insurance agency can be run from the ground up, always keeping the same question at the back of our mind: what can we do to optimize our service for our customers?About The RoleAs Casey's Founding BDR, you are the first voice prospects hear. Your job is to open doors: high-volume outbound, smart targeting, and conversations that turn into booked meetings for our producers. This is a high-output, high-impact role where success is measured in conversations started and qualified meetings set.You'll work directly with the founders and the producer team to shape the outbound playbook from scratch: lists, messaging, objection handling, sequencing. The angles you find, the scripts you refine, and the feedback you give the engineering team become company DNA.ResponsibilitiesRun high-volume outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) to pre-qualified prospects to book intro meetings for our producersOwn outreach end-to-end: research, first touch, objection handling, follow-up, and handoffUse live research to find sharp, specific angles for each prospectHit and beat weekly meeting and pipeline targets; report cleanly on what's working and what isn'tPartner with the engineering team to stress-test and improve the AI tools that power outbound (lead enrichment, sequencing, dialer workflows)Refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outbound sequences based on what is actually convertingWhat We're Looking For1+ years in outbound sales, BDR/SDR roles and cold calling; strong track record of hitting meeting/pipeline quotaHigh energy, self-motivated, and resilient; you treat 'no' as data and not as rejectionCoachable and competitive; you want feedback and you want to winConfident, clear phone communicator who enjoys the thrill of the dealComfortable operating in ambiguity; you thrive without a playbook and help build oneInterest in technology and willingness to work closely with engineers to improve the tools you use every dayBonus: you’ve worked in the insurance industryWhat We OfferBase salary: $60,000-$80,000 DOE + performance bonus + equityInsurance: Health, dental, visionLocation: Remote with future Hybrid opportunities (as we scale and open future hubs)DetailsRole: Sales / Business DevelopmentJob type: Full-timeLocation: SF or Remote (future hybrid opportunities)Experience: 1+ yearsUS visas: US citizen / visa only
