Our team of certified technicians, water care specialists, and customer service representatives excel in providing unparalleled post-purchase assistance, setting a benchmark in the industry.Job Overview:As a Water Care Technician, you will ensure an exceptional experience for all owners of our hot tubs, swim spas, pools, saunas, and other quality products while providing outstanding support to our internal team. You’ll deliver proactive, elite service, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, and uphold all safety policies and procedures.Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 /Hourly Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
