ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring a professional and responsive experienceAnswer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional and timely mannerSchedule and manage client appointments, meetings, and conference callsWork closely with the Tax & Accounting Operations Team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectivelySupport the end-to-end client journey, including onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing communicationManage and update client records, and databases with accuracy and attention to detailProvide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document managementCoordinate office operations, maintain a professional and organized front office environment, and ensure common office spaces are tidy and well-maintainedHandle incoming inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessaryMaintain strong communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfactionEnsure a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationSupport special projects and ad-hoc requests from the executive team and partnersRequirementsHigh School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredProven experience in a front office, client support, or administrative role, strong phone skills are a mustExperience working in a fast-paced, client-facing office environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindsetStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyDetail-oriented with high level of accuracy in documentation and data managementProfessional demeanor and customer service orientationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable working with sales teams and leadershipAbility to quickly learn new systems and processes, including firm-specific softwarePrior experience in an accounting or professional services environment is a plus
