This position requires working under the guidance of the Manager of Inpatient Therapy Services.Schedule Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Weekend Requirements: NoneResponsibilitiesThe Occupational Therapist will be responsible for: Providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient acute care setting. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans. Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve rehabilitation goals. Educating patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercises.Qualifications Education: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Licensure: Must be registered and licensed to practice in the State of Michigan. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience, with a preference for inpatient acute care and ICU experience.
