The Elementary School Assistant will support teachers and staff in the day-to-day operations of the classroom and school environment. Responsibilities include assisting with instructional activities, supervising students during activities and transitions, helping maintain a safe and orderly environment, and providing administrative support as needed to the education team. The role may also include collaboration with other staff to foster a positive learning environment for students. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parentsEffective Communication skills for conveying information clearly and collaborating within a school settingFamiliarity with Educational Leadership and Education principles to support classroom and school-wide goalsExperience in Childcare and a genuine passion for working with childrenOrganizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and responsibilitiesAbility to work as part of a team and adapt to the varying needs of an elementary school environmentBudget monitoring. Time keeping. Entering and monitoring employee confidential files. Responsible for monitoring and balancing ASB School account.
