If you are an administrative whiz, highly efficient - with organizational skills to brag about, and savvy in technology, and customer service, we want to talk with you.A hotel sales coordinator for our company supports the efforts of the sales team and general manager in all things sales related. The person in this role will provide services directly to clients and to internal staff members. The coordinator also works with various hotel departments, as well as with outside vendors, to ensure that events and meetings run smoothly, and group experiences are flawless. Primary duties are to assist with all group and event related tasks for the sales office.Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
