Certified Nursing Assistant

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Geriatric/Psychiatry team on a Full-Time basis.The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for administering direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and/or other qualified staff. This position may also perform general clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.Position Requirements:Required: Successful Completion of a Certified Nursing Program.High School Graduate or Equivalent.Prefer previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.BLS Certification within 90 days of hireRequires non-violent crisis intervention or workplace violence training every two years on a rolling calendar basis.Computer Competency: Basic Computer Skills are expected for this position.
