Epic MyChart / Patient Engagement Analyst (Go-Live) – Remote | Long-Term Contract We are seeking an Epic MyChart / Patient Engagement Analysts to support a large healthcare go-live and post-go-live stabilization. This is a fully remote, long-term contract working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.You will provide go-live support and command center coverage, troubleshoot end-user issues, and support Epic patient-facing applications including MyChart, Welcome, MyChart Bedside, and Hello World. You’ll partner with clinical and technical teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth patient experience workflows across ambulatory and inpatient settings.Requirements:Epic go-live support experienceStrong MyChart / patient engagement application expertiseAbility to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentsExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsPreferred: Large-scale Epic implementation experienceIf you thrive in go-live environments and have strong Epic MyChart experience, let’s connect!
